เหล่าโอตะเตรียมกลับมาอมยิ้มอีกครั้งได้เลย! ทางช่อง 3 ได้จับละครซิทคอมเพิ่มพลังบวกเติมรอยยิ้มและสร้างเสียงหัวเราะจากสาว “เฌอปราง อารีย์กุล” ลีดเดอร์ไอดอลหญิงคนแรกของ BNK 48 กับผลงานเพลงที่ดังแบบฉุดไม่อยู่ สู่ผลงานละครซิทคอมอารมณ์ดี “Cat Radio TV” สถานีเพลงแมว 9 ชีวิตจาก Cat Radio เรื่องราวจากรายการวิทยุสู่จอแก้ว ภายใต้คำจำกัดความ “ละครเรื่องแรก สร้างจากเรื่องจริงบ้างไม่จริงบ้าง ของรายการวิทยุเล็กๆ” โดยเรื่องราวทั้งหมดจะถูกถ่ายทอดออกมาเป็นละคร 13 ตอนผสมผสานแนวเพลงที่สถานีเปิดไม่เหมือนชาวบ้าน ซึ่งอาจจะคุ้นหูบ้างไม่คุ้นหูบ้าง เรียกว่าเป็นแหล่งรวมความต่างแต่หัวใจและจุดมุ่งหมายเดียวกัน
